How do I prepare my hair & skin before my appointment?


A.
Please wash hair the night before and use a light conditioner.
Have hair dry and smooth the day of unless requesting a blow dry or flat iron services.
Fine hair can be washed the day of without conditioner.
Cleanse skin the morning of and apply a lightweight moisturizer on face. The artist will provide the primer & foundation.
Prior to appointment facials should be done within 2- 3 weeks.
Waxing should be done 1 week before.

Q.
When is the best time to book spray tanning?


A.
Its best to book a spray tan no more than 3 days prior to the event.
Depending on your activities on Maui the spray tan will last longer the less your in water.
Afternoon and evening appointments are best if enjoying the beach prior.
Its suggested to combine wedding trials and spray tans the same day.

What makeup products do you use?


A.
We use a wide range of high end makeup products such as YSL , Laura Mercier, Nars & Makeup Forever. Being MAC artist we have a full range of all top products we love for longevity and color contrast. Airbrush makeup inlcludes Temptu & Dinair for a flawless complexion

What does a makeup application include and how long does it take?


A.
A makeup application includes a full face of makeup including traditional foundation, eyes, brows, cheeks & lips. Airbrush foundation & lashes are charged separately.
Bridal makeup takes 1 hour as it includes more detail depending on the package. A regular application such as bridesmaids & mothers makeup take 45min.

What is Décolleté Shimmer?


A.
The Décolleté is the upper chest area including lower neck & shoulder blades. At times our skin is uneven in this area. For weddings its imperative to perfect this area especially brides wearing strapless gowns. If necessary makeup is applied and a touch of loose shimmer powder to create a even balance from face to chest.

Do you provide hair extensions?


A.
We prefer clients to supply their own extensions to ensure color matching & length
Depending on number of extensions an additional fee will be charged for placement & prep time.

Q.
Is the travel fee included in the service charge & why is it charged?


A.
A separate travel fee will be charged depending on the location & length of time the artist/stylist is driving.
As a mobile business we drive to our clients to offer the convenience & comfort of privacy.
The travel fee reienburst the artist/stylist for mileage, valet parking, parking fees, & tipping of Bell services for delivering equipment.

Q.
Will there be a charge if a member of the wedding party no shows or cancels the day of the event?


A.
If any cancelations take place the day of the event 100% of the service fee will be charged as services were contracted & scheduled prior. Each artist/stylist secures a specific time out to accommodate the client services request. Exceptions will be made due to emergencies.

Q.
What holds & secures my booking?


A.
Until a signed contract and deposit is received no booking is held. if another party inquires a date that has been contracted but deposit hasn't been recieved we will allow a 48 hour delivery period of deposit before we give date over to second interest. We can accomodate multiple booking on same dates depending on number in party and ready time.

Can you switch services in a Bridal Package?


A.
Its best to book ala carte if wanting specific individual services. Complimentry Brow Shaping and Decollette Shimmer is included in both Bridal Packages. Additional Services can be added to the Classique Bridal Package.
